Shipping Policy
US DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Every piece of our Collection is handmade to order. All orders are processed within 5-10 business days from the time order is received. We design our collections with sustainability in mind. By producing items only when they are ordered, we are able to reduce waste and minimize our environmental footprint.
Orders are processed Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays. Shipping time is applied after the order has been processed.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We are not shipping internationally right now.
Return Policy
REFUNDS
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. Tag must be attached and not damaged. If tag is damaged we consider that you were wearing jewelry and won’t be able to accept your return request. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. Shipping costs included in your purchase, however we will be deducting it from the total amount in case of returns.
Once returns are received please allow up to 30 days for return to be processed.
To start a return, please email us at support@nikolovjewelry.com. Please include your Order Number and your Name along with explanation for your return/replacement. Please attach pictures if necessary.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We reserve the right to void the warranty on any item that shows signs of abuse or damage.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please refer to the shipping company for funds recovery.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on earrings, on sale items or gift cards.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer exchanges, because we do not store your credit card information for privacy reasons. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and make a separate purchase for the new item.
GIFT WRAPPING
Your Nikolov order will be presented in gift packaging.
